Do you use Reason at all?

Yep, the REX format is very close to how I used my old S2000. I make sampler kits up and throw them into REX and trigger them. The subtractir synth is good for clean sounds.. and the maelstrom is great for all those grrrowwwmmmm noisey growling dog type basses n synths. :)

I use an external sequencer, so I really use it like a softsynth more than anything else.

There's some videos on youtube from when they demo'd it, but I don;t think they even touched what this will be capable of for noise. :)

Indeed. Hopefully they work out the CPU and latency issues as well.

this is making me want to buy reason, i got away from all my soft synths to concentrate on kontakt neuronVS and reaktor as my main three vsti's but thor is sounding and looking very nice...
